Christian Bale may be in a 4th Batman movie... does this mean he might consider a Justice League movie?

Here's the story where Christian Bale talks about maybe being in a new Batman movie.

So if the fourth movie has a Nolan-less Bale in it and DC/WB gets their thumbs out of their asses due to the success of the Avengers; could this be a possibility.  Most people were expecting a hard reboot after TDKR or at least a BM Forever-esque soft reboot, but a direct sequel?  I'm not opposed to it honestly.  I like big grand continuities, that's why the comics are great, because all of these characters link up in the same universe.

The thing I'm wondering, does this mean that if DC looks at Avengers and says, "Yeah, we can do that," does this mean that the 4th movie in this contnuity could be the jumping off point for a DC Cinematic Universe that culminates with a Justice League movie?

The first thing this 4th movie would 100% have to do is have a non-Nolan, more extra-natural driven plot focus.  This mean a true-blue super villian.  Bane having changes made to him that does not allow him to be considered super powered is fine for the Nolan Batman movies.  Linking Batman into a bigger DC Universe, they will have to bring in someone who would give some of the Leaguers that aren't Batman a run for their money.

My suggestion is Clayface.  Clayface can be portrayed as a somewhat tragic chartacter (Batman: The Animated Series introduction), but still extremely powerful.  He doesn't really have the brains that would set up a really big threat to Batman, but his physcial threat is undeniable.  He was the final boss in Arkham City, and looks badass if I may say so myself.  There may need to be a puppetmaster (like the Joker in BAC), but we'll just have to see if any of that goes into affect.

A villian like that would say to the audience, "Yeah, Batman can handle some crazy scenarios, super powerful freaks, or technilogically enhanced monsters, and still come out on top."  If Bale were the JL Batman, it would be similar to Robert Downy Jr. in Iron Man and The Avengers.  It would link that whole universe up in a way that normal audiences and fanboys can connect to.

This is all conjecture at this point, but like I said before... WB/DC need to get their sh*t in gear and jump on the JLA train.  If they don't, they may find themselves play second fiddle to Marvel forever, cinematically speaking of course.
